↳ State of preservation : | The edges of the manuscript have been damaged by fire, particularly from p. 40 on. In some parts the writing has become somewhat pale. |
Quires : | The handwriting consists of several parts taken from a much bigger volume. The extant parts are the quire 13 (without its first page), quire 14 and 15 completely. Between p. 29 and p. 30 quire 16 is missing entirely. Quire 17 and 18 are preserved completely. Four and a half pages are missing in quire 19. |

↳ Characteristics : | As well as the more recent shape of the letter Waw (formed to a closed ring), also the older form is being used. The letter He is used only in its more recent shape. The Oleph is written with its primordial shape (with the barb at the right bottom) at times. Vocalization is used rarely and primarily in proper names. |
